No, we only deliver to the area of the Republic of Cyprus

We deliver via Kronos Express courier. During checkout, you may select deliver to an Kronos Express point, to your door or pick it up from your store. Door to Door delivery is applicable to Cyprus major cities only and may also result to further delivery delays.

For in stock items, orders placed until 12:00 will be shipped same day but you may receive them on the next working day. Orders placed on afternoon will be shipped next working day. Delivery to your door may have further delays rather than delivery to a courier point or local pick up from our store.

Yes, we do accept back orders. Pre payment is mandatory. Time of delivery varies, depending on the type of items included in the back order. Please contact us for further information.

We accept returns only under the following conditions.

  • Products are in the original package and the package is untouched.
  • Within 10 days from the invoice / receipt date

Note: 10% of return item price will be deducted from your refund as re-stocking fees

Yes, If you plan to purchase large quantities then use the quoting system. Simply find the products you want, click the Add to Quote link, update the quantities and fill in the form. We will contact you back with a quotation.
